Do you have a template of a model's release?

There are many sample model's releases that you can find online. We found one before and modified it to fit our requirements. After every shoot we have our models sign, however, even before the shoot we show them the release so they know what we can or cannot do with the images.

This might be a difficult Readers Gallery for many because not everyone has nudes. Maybe I'll change the topic to make it easier. Let's see the responses here first for the next day or two and then let's take it from there whether we keep nude or go with another topic.

Guys I think I'm going to stick with the topic of NUDE. If we don't get plenty of submissions, then that just ups the chances for those that do to get published.

Ideally you have a models release. Now if the face cannot be seen, we'll let it slide so long as the model doesn't have any recognizable marks like tattoos.

Nude is great! Have always wanted to do this. Now I have a timeline to finally do it.

At this moment there are just 31 photos submitted for this category. Its actually a small amount of submissions and I realize that most photographers don't have nudes. But it doesn't stop you from trying. We like what we see so far. Hopefully more of you guys step forward.

just a tip on nude photography boys....I am sure most of you will be shooting women and not men...look for poses/pegs/ideas on line and discuss this with the model. If this is your first time (shooting a nude) you will be uncomfortable and the model will read your cues. Try to make it look like this is your 100'th time shooting a nude. Also, when photographing your subject, act the same way as if she had clothes on. Just make sure that she is comfortable..(i.e not freezing, hungry ect) in between takes have her cover up.

dont hesitate to ask if you have any other questions so that you have a smooth sailing shoot..

Most do but sometimes we have to drop a few photos because of poor file quality or because of layout restrictions.

We usually give you two days to revert after we ask for a file. If it takes you longer, we drop you from the list because we have layout deadlines to meet.

Then you wait to see if you get published or not.
