I’ve been playing around with the EZflector multiflips. This is just like a regular 5-in-1 reflector with one key difference. It’s triangular shaped and has a handle in one of its corners. It’s been pretty handy whenever I have to shoot without the aid of an assistant.
Below are several shots where I used the EZflector multiflips. All shots had a setting of ISO 100. Everything was shot in camera RAW. The only adjustment I did during RAW conversion was to synchronize the white balance setting of the different images. All meter readings were taken with a Sekonic incident light meter.
This shot represents how a subject might look if there is a harsh light source positioned behind the subject. This image was shot at f/2.8 at 1/60.

I used the white reflector of the EZflector multiflips for this next shot. Since there was a bit more light hitting the front of the subject I had to adjust my exposure settings to f/6.3 at 1/60.

I then wanted the fill light to have a bit more contrast. I opted to use the silver surface of the EZflector multiflips. Using the silver surface also allowed more light than the white surface to bounce back towards the subject. My exposure settings for this shot was f/9 at 1/60.

The EZflector multiflips also has a gold surface. My exposure setting for this shot was still set at f/9 at 1/60. However, the gold surface did give a warmish cast to the subject.
