Ooooh... I hate insects and all but ants I can tolerate just as long as they're not red or brown... meaning, I just like the black ones because they don't bite.

So far, I haven't seen them carry big things when they're passing through our gate there. A cool thing is when the gate is tipped slightly open, they'll make an ant bridge to pass. I just need to get that shot someday. :)

Seriously, if you like the Capampangan's Kamaru (mole crickets), its definitely better and sweeter than that. Its an ilocano exotic food by the way.

My Mother's from Vigan, and I've never heard or seen it there the last time we went there... thank God! Hehe.
