I can't seem to find the workshops section anymore. Has it been removed / moved?

Hi there Tim. Yes. It was removed because there are many unwanted posts. Before posting any workshop, it must be recognized first by the DPP team. As we all know, we have the forum rule that states:

V) No blatant advertising, spam, or solicitation is allowed unless approved by the Admin. You cannot use this site to promote and sell personal services. Posts that are not approved by us will be deleted.

^ I'd agree with that. Although I do hope the workshop section returns but with post-restrictions or at least a system that will let workshop organizers contact DPP admin/s first. It just may be useful for new budding photographers looking for one.

The section was not totally/permanently removed. For now, it will fall under the "News, Announcements, and Events" section. Nothing to worry about. Once a specific workshop is approved/recognized, we'll post it as soon as possible.

Suggestion for that, saw this from another forum, what if a person submit first the workshop info then let the admin post the thread if he approves of it.
