Just wanna share this - it's a freeware where you can do batch resize and add borders to your pics. It even runs on Windows Vista..

It requires you to to have Windows 2000 SP4, Windows XP SP2, Windows Server 2003 or Windows Vista, and you have to install .net framework 2.0. You may get it the .net framework here:

--- it's about 22mb file. I'm running Windows Vista Enterprise and it works for me.

I have been using the ImageResizer by WindowsXP (powertoys) but it adds noise when resizing. I hope this won't. I'll try this. Thanks!!!

I've been using this for quite some time -- http://www.naturpic.com/resizer/index.html
Aside from batch resizing, it can also do batch sharpening among other things.
Oh, and it's freeware. :D
