I couldn't find a thread that is location specific(or didn't i just look hard enough)

is it ok to request for a thread that is location specific, like Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, Overseas or City specific. It would provide a better way for photographers, newbie and pros alike, to communicate, share experience/locations/spots and talk about workshops or groups/clubs on their location.

i see.. because i encountered a problem recently, i was browsing the workshops thread. looking for workshops that would be held in my hometown(Davao City),
but i couldn't find any, i did try the search tool though, but it was dated 2 years ago. Then i realized that majority of users of DPP are either in NCR or pinoys outside of the country.

i guess i'll just have to post a query on the workshops thread and wait for a reply. Thanks by the way sir.

yep there are I guess at least 2 workshops, one is from BOB MATA, I forgot the other.
