the event will be a competition of different fire volunteer group from manila and provinces, all participating group will compete in 2 events "Bucket Brigade" and "Busted Hose" the mechanics of each event is based on true-to-life fire scene situation, which team finishes each event with the shortest of time will be the winner

hello fellow binondo shooters! yeah it's been a long time, this thread is almost dormant.. anyways, i'm somewhat new also so i'm a bit curious, what do dpp members usually do on an EB? just plain chit chat & some coffee? :)

though i met with some of the members here for some shooting before, i'm not sure if this is also called an EB :)

it would be safe to assume that taking photos would be one of the activities during one of the gatherings ernie. :D

hi andy, long time no see :) have you ever attended EB before? what did you guys do on your first EB?

i believe each members here has a different interest as far as field of photography is concerned, and since i'm somewhat new here, i'm not sure what to suggest :)

activites during an eb varies though a shoot or walk is usually on the top of the list at any given time. there are some instances where a simple get together over a cup of coffee discussing...yup, you guessed it...photography is the preferred activity. :)

i haven't had the chance to backread on this thread yet but i'm guessing that group hasn't gone beyond the planning stages of doing an eb yet. in a recent 1st eb that i attended, the group simply got together at a coffeeshop and got to know each other. may i suggest something similar for the binondo shooters group (hmmm...BSG :) )? i'll see if i can tag along as well since i sometimes spend time in binondo because my dad has a clinic there.

yeah you're right, chatting over a cup of coffee on a 1st EB would be a great idea!

i guess if at least 5 members will confirm their attendance, we could probably give it a go :)
