more on the evolution of the K mount

Start with the main page of Bojidar's website - http://www.bdimitrov.de - because it is the watershed resource for everything that has to do with the K-mount, past and present (and a lil of the future). For historical reference even earlier than the k-mount, try the Asahi Optical Historical Club - http://www.aohc.it/ For techies with old Pentax stuff they want to fiddle around with, here is a site that has the service manuals - http://www.robertstech.com/pentax.htm

Of course, there is the Pentax Discuss Mailing List (http://www.pdml.net) which is the most lively :Smoke: egroup since egroups were invented. You can interact with pros worldwide. And if you're 'brave' you can post in the Pentax Users Gallery (http://pug.komkon.org/) and potentially get feedback from *everybody* on PDML....I have some stuff posted there from way back...plan to post again now that my scarred ego has healed :D

Here is an interesting list of Pentax links! It's in Hungarian though, but click through the links and be ready to be overwhelmed (or underwhelmed...whatever).
