Hi DPP folks,

Have you encountered the dreaded "Could not complete your request because of a program error" message when saving a jpg-file on CS2? How do you fix it then?

- I normally PP my RAW files on Literoom2 and save it as JPGs

- then I further do some tweaks on CS2(same JPG images from Literoom) but when I have to save the images (save as xxx.jpg) I would sometimes encounter the error message

- I have re-installed both Literoom2 and CS2 but the error still persists
(note: I have used LR ver2.5 and 2.6 and both had same error)

I don't know what is causing it hence I don't know how to fix it :( Help Please and TIA

Try to check your Scratch disk setting. It is advisable not to use the system disk (usually drive C) as a scratch disk. Photoshop tends to yield that kind of error when the assigned scratched disk is being used by other application running in the background.

I get that error when there's not enough memory so try the suggestion above and reboot.
