I never went to one (since I believe in quality control HAH) but it's good training for one of my dream assignments: Carnaval in Rio de J.

You can try AS (Palma hall) lobby and AS 101 near the APO tambayan (where they usually display some antics), just be early to get a good spot. The lantern parade also is slated on Friday. =)
