Every Fridays and Saturdays starting this October 9 until the end of October, Hooters Manila Bay will have their costume party theme. A delight for all photographers.
For this Friday (and Saturday) they will have the 'School Girl' theme. And on Saturday, 10Oct09, enjoy the 1 peso draft beer!
Bring your cameras, shoot, and drink!

She needs to trim the loose thread dangling from her skirt :D

It is a public bar, just bring money and your camera then shoot all you want. It depends on the bar what theme they will be having.
@Rolan: Do they have a theme list of some sort?
