Nothing beats whipping out an album and browse it with family and friends... Screen viewing sucks. LOL.

Hehe, my wife is responsible for the print/album making right now, she kept a lot of flyers, tickets, stubs, ads, etc of places and events the past few years, her photo scrapbook is taking off, but my printer/paper/ink/lab bills are piling up haha.

It was common before during the film days to print several interpretations of the same image. This would be due to a change in the photo lab/darkroom technician, paper, chemicals, dodging, burning or interpretation of the image.
I remember that several images of Ansel Adams were put up for sale years after he had passed away. The images to be printed would be part of a new edition of some of his classic images.
The darkroom technician that was tasked with printing the images was someone who had been trained and had worked for Ansel Adams.
Some photographers and collectors noted (and quite a few complained) that the new edition prints were vastly different from the original set of prints produced by Ansel Adams.
It's sort of like how the same image gets printed differently when you have it done by two different one hour photo labs :D
Cheers!
