Hi All,

Tried logging in today. Unfortunately, I kept getting "server not found". I found out what the issue was. When I click on a link, it automatically adds a "www" in the URL...if I remove the "www" it's working fine.

However, I still can't view any photos in the photo gallery.Instead of the thumbnails, I get the file name where the thumbnails should be.

I'm going to try to access it from work and see if I get the same problem..

What system and browser are you using? :)

Hi Earl,

Win XP SP2 and Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.8.

I'm at work now and it's working fine. Weird huh? I'll try restarting the PC at home tonight.

Everything seems to be running ok based on my logs, and have no errors found so far. There are a lot of factors such as ISP, DNS issues, and internet speed that needs to be considered as well. DPP site loads a lot of images (mainly because this is a photography site) and so there will be instances that pages will be slow to load. If you do cancel or interrupt the loading process, you will definitely see those x symbols because the images were not loaded. A simple refresh and wait till the progress bar finished will do the trick.

As of today based on my server logs, there was no interruption of service that was logged to put the site offline ever since we migrated servers.
