hey hey Guys,,, so its nice to hear more of the interaction in this Thread about Call Center Pipz whos also taking photography.

Anyway,, i just want to get intouch first with Red's suggestion about the "Location",, well,, i think that is a Good idea..:Dum:!!! yeah,, we'll include that,, since most of the call centers are just within the Bottle neck of Makati and Ortigas, i think Location does matter if some are also in Libis or QC or Taguig,, yeah,, thats a good idea brother,, lets include LOCATION..


Second is for Roy,, well,, lot of us are in Tech support and Customer Service and Email support,, i think it doesnt matter what position you are in a BPO or Call center, Voice or non voice support, From an Operation Manager to an Agent,, what is important is that we get along with the same industry and Hobby in Photography.. :)

anyways,, first i want to get in touch with Dean about the location,,Location is Company's location, since most of us are just working around the call-center Belt within Ortigas and Makati, its good that we can get in-touch and where were at, because some are just within the vicinity, that way we could get along easily perhaps. that gives us easy access to get along.

this is a great initiative ismael. i'm sure a lot of call center professionals will benefit from this group. almost a lot of consumers have shifted to DSLR and it would be such a waste if you will not equip yourself with the technical know-how and fundamentals of digital photography. so being with a group of DSLR hobbyists/enthusiasts will greatly improve your craft.

Its nice also to know ones gear, so that if you have questions about your gear its easy to help eachother out.

hi ismael.. bro, sorry i missed a lot from your last EB. it could've been nice meeting with the rest of the nocturnals gang. my suggestion though if y'all are itching to push the corregidor photoshoot, the daytour package entails that you ride a tram from one place to another with really minimal time to setup for more great shots unless u stay overnight. the tour guides are very strict with their itinerary.

for starters, you can try the American War Memorial in Fort Bonifacio, it's popular among photogs shooting landscapes and infrared photography.. then chillax at Bonifacio High Street after shooting in AWM.

i think starbucks shangrilla ortigas is a good spot.

the view during daytime is not that good from that spot tried to shoot there before. however you can get some nice side light trails during the night as you can see the flyover from that vantage point

if we ride with the herd of other tourist, thats a good idea, because we could get along while travelng and get to see the hot spot with the tram, thus giving us less time to walk and more time to shoot better view in every stopover. we just have to make most out time per spot, this is where we could test our skill in this kind of situation. Fast set up, more shooting,

nice take here bro, i like that crouching/squat position though.. so cosmo. that pic with her glasses on seems to accentuate her eyebags. any DIY bounce reflectors are useful here to eliminate unwanted shadows underneath those eyes. but that's me hehe. nice collage..

Luckily, the sched for comicon event came up just before our official EB on Aug 9, and some are also coming on this event. This is great..!! More Events, More EB's, More experiences, More opportunities to learn.:Grin: hey,, i want to see your D90 and 1.8 lens works on this event..hehe.!!:D:D (i wish i could have one soon,,hehe)

Sorry for the confusion bro,, just got the information from Ryan about this comicon event few days ago. This sched went thru just before our official EB on Aug 9. So let me just confirm that,
We will be meeting on Aug 9 starbucks at Boni High street still with our perspective agenda. Those who are just near the place for the comicon event (Aug 8) could just drop by, shoot, and have pizza with us. :D

Aug 16 will still be for corregidor.


@ Donnil,, bro,, i hope you could join us this Aug 8,Aug 9 and Aug 16. This will be a lot shooting. :) This will really test our skills.

hope to see you guys @ comic con... unfortunately i have shift on that day (12mn) so my husband and i decided to go there at around 10-11am then we are going to leave in the afternoon ...
