My Favorite phone is back! Not that it has disappeared, but the WWDC event last night have the generous creative geniuses at the Apple Labs give us a new iPhone - the iPhone 3GS. Nothing much change with its physical shell..whats under the hood was what was upgraded. Hmmm..bad suffix ( "S"...common!) on the name but not on the added features. The camera has now been upgraded to a 3 megapixel sensor..with video recording (+editor) (http://www.apple.com/iphone/iphone-3g-s/photos.html). But the feature that excited me the most is the additonal camera controls you can do..specifically the tap to focus! Sweet DOF control! Now if only they can get an aps-c sized cmos in there somewhere.:)

The S stands for "Speed". This phone is also upgraded with performance in mind alongside some nifty features like camera focusing.
