Hi Gato, You mean the avatar :)

If you look at your screen at the top right section of the menu you'll find the quick links. Click on that and select Edit Profile.

when you're on the Edit Profile page, look at the menu on the left, you'll see Edit Avatar. Click on that, and then follow the instructions that you see :)

I'm having problems uploading mine. I reduced the size to conform with the suggested size. But I get the message "upload failed". Please help.
