I'm thinking of having a photobook made with digiprint

I have some questions though;

1. Can I make the layout myself as long as I follow the sizes 6x6, 8x8 or 8x10?
2. Is it 6x6, 8x8, 8x10 per page? If its a double-spread, is it going to be 16x10?
3. If I want a 20-page 8x10 photobook, is the cover included or is it like 20-pages then +2 for the cover?
4. What if I exceeded the amount of pages? Let's say 25, how much would it cost me per additional page? ex for an 8X10?
5. is it 8x10 (width x height or height x width)?

Im terribly sorry for my questions, I'm just really wanting for so long to have a photobook. I know that digiprint is a brand I can trust based also on the recommendations here.

2. Is it 6x6, 8x8, 8x10 per page? If its a double-spread, is it going to be 16x10? all layouts are in double spread. ex. - book size - 6x6, layout size - 12x6 (good for 2 pages already)
