That's a staged photo. The title is "LIMOS" and the model is actually his cousin. Makeup is ordinary "uling" which he also applied to the ground on the right side because he was after that really grimy feel. This is one photo wherein the super graininess of a very high iso was actually a big part of the concept. :D

Hi, Jay. I have not yet decided about the dates for batch 34 but if it will push through, it will most probably start November 29 or December 6 (Sundays)

By the way, please don't forget to follow DPP's "English only rule". Thanks.

2nd anniversary treat !!!

It was two years ago when I launched my first ever basic photography seminar. That was in UP and I had only 10 students.

I am now teaching Batch 36 and I have had the pleasure of meeting and teaching more than 500 students.

As a special anniversary treat for all of you, my former and current students, you will now be entitled to a 5% discount at TAY HUA (http://www.tayhua.com/), one of the more popular local photography stores.

All that is left now is for me to submit to Tay Hua the list of my students and for us to come up with a membership card.

I will soon be announcing ( at our online group site) how we will go about this. Meanwhile, if you are a former student, please visit THIS PAGE (http://photographers308.multiply.com/journal/item/235?mark_read=photographers308:journal:235&replies_read=8) so you can sign up.

If you're commuting, get off the INC central temple, cross the street and get into the Diliman campus. Walk until the first intersection, where you have to turn left until you see the Bahay ng Alumni.

Also, you can get off at Philcoa, ride the jeepneys that go in the UP campus, and get off at Vinzons Hall. From there, take the Ikot jeep and tell the driver you're getting off at the Bahay ng Alumni.

HTH.
