If someone would give you P 15,000. What camera stuff would you buy?

Example: 1) Falcon Eyes Compact Studio Set-up

I have tried it.

Great for portrait and not enough for whole body shot.

One of my flash has busted flash bulb, and I am having a hard time looking for replacement because I have to be absent for work just to get a replacement part at Aperture.

that's exactly what i want to buy. :) have you guys tried this one? cons and pros?

If I have additional mulah I'll buy the Sigma 30mm f1.4 for Nikon. If no money. I'll buy an SB-800 too. =)

Would've wanted to get a wide angle lens (sigma 12-24) but I'll blow the 15K limit. With that amount, I'll get:

1. Infrared filters

Studio stuff:

2. Light diffuser for my JTL strobe
3. Stofen omni bounce
4. mini slave flash
5. muslin backgrounds

Where could i buy SB-800 for 15K here in Manila?

@rolly
i see. the flash output of the heads can be adjusted? any idea of the cost of flash bulb as well? the cost of lighting equipment here is much more expensive (30k/head).

sb800 is another option but it will exceed the 15k limit.

none but you can just add a few Ks to get the sb-800.

as for me... 15k?

1. another SB-800 (just add the difference)
or
2. a nice magfiber tripod (keep the change)
or
3. 50/1.4

get the prints. i'll be happier.

seriously, the IR filter, I'd drop it. For 15K send your camera to lifepixel.com rather than plunking down 10K for the filter.

cheers!

for 15K, I'd get myself a bank account to deposit it in and save up for the next big purchase.

yeah the prints seem like the more logical option, especially with a passionate BW printer:) as for the ir filter i agree, seems like as cameras got more advanced the ir sensitivity has also declined. not cool for us. as for lifepixel, not willing to convert my one and onlyt cam.

as for putting the dough in a bank account that would be the most sensible idea. put it in the bank to save:) mine is heaving since i took up photog
