I've been trying to upload my photos to digiprint's servers for online ordering of prints but have repeatedly encountered uploading errors.


here is the error message:


Server Error in '/ver3/newuploader' Application.
Could not find a part of the path 'D:\wwwdigiprint\www\ver2\catalog\Thumbs\1_ALA_290 7 copy.jpg'.

ryan: i tried as you suggested, there is still an error message during the upload process. maybe you can ask them to reset my username and password and i'll re-register again. thanks for the help!

hi alvin. we already reset your account and created some folders and uploaded pictures. so far, its okay on our part. please let us know if you are able to upload also.

ryan: tried uploading using mozilla firefox and safari. firefox is still sending an error message but i was able to add my files using apple's safari browser

thanks for the help! digiprint's online upload service is really very convenient for us busy folks!

hi ryan! i've encountered another problem! so i've uploaded my files and ordered my desired print size and number of copies. but when i try to pay via credit card, the "update credit card" link is not working!

what to do next?

hi, i'm also having problems ordering prints online. i've been trying to register since last week. i have completed the regustration form but the verification email still wasn't sent to complete my registration. tried resending the verification email several times already. does the online regstration still work?

Hi,

I'm also encountering problems with payment. I have ordered several times before already and used my mastercard to pay for it. However, when I tried to pay today, it says that they do not accept Mastercard payments. Will this be permanent? Because I only have Mastercard.

Right now, we are accpeting payments thru VISA credit cards only. no plans yet in including mastercard.

@Ryan: sent you a PM. Digiprint online facility is not working again ;-( Digiprint is my 1st choice but as my current need is urgent, I'll try another provider.

Please let me know once Digiprint issue is resolved so I can use it for my next transaction, thanks.

Digiprint's online facility seems to be working again so I ordered some prints today. I hope delivery remains within 48 hours. Kinda wary though of print color as the uploaded pictures were not color-profiled to Digiprint's machines. I forgot and just realized it now hehehehe it's just family pictures so no biggie...

I'm glad that I can now upload pictures with sizes 4MB and above...

hi can anyone help me how to track my online order? ordered prints friday last week and it still hasn't arrived.
