I had 9 nikon dslr bodies (D1, D1h, D100, D70, D2H, D200, D40, D60 and D90) but none of them came close to s3 and s5's out of the cam jpgs.
The colours and dynamic range *slurp*
though a d700 or d3 "might" change everything. :Grin:

Hahaha.... I know.. D700 and the mighty D3 definitely is different story all together :)
As for my experience, I some-what can mimic the colors of Fuji in my Nikons.... however, I can never... ever replicate its DR :(

based from personal experience, this is the closest i could get in having the "film-feel" on the image.... the grain is just right.:)

I got it for the peso equivalent of P40,000. A friend told me later he saw an S5 thats cheaper than I got it for. Doesnt matter, im happy :)
