They are actually not allowed to get a fee from anyone. I already asked the people living inside Wawa. Incidentally, someone from the hall near the parking area approached me and started to ask questions about my gears and stuff. I told him its personal and i have visited the place before. I was told to log my name and give a "donation". I gave him a hundred bucks and went out. We all know he's just gonna buy a bottle of Tanduay for him to be merry.:) Ive got some pretty decent images so i could live with that. Next time i see that guy again, he is gonna get it from me if he intends to pull that stunt again.

We went there on a sunday and i tell you, the place is just full of people.:) It was quite an experience because they are quite friendly. I took the opportunity to shoot the Dam with many people cooling off the heat.
