hi all... is it safe to modify my existing pc synch cord? say, extend it by adding additional wire? i find it too short kase.
my idea is to cut it in the middle then add the extender wire, connect to both ends then voila, long pc synch cord.
i know some will suggest that its better if id use radio triggers but im just curious if i can extend my available cord.
thanks in advance. :)

There are longer cords you can buy.
I don't know if it's safe to extend it. Haven't tried it though.

I did extend my synch cords long time ago and it's okay as long as you splice them securely. I even had a cord branched out to one cord to three cords configuration until I bought a synch cord extension from Avenue.
