View Full Version : Delivery... How soon?

I ordered some prints last Friday. I did pay my bills at LBC Commonwealth last Saturday and according to DigiPrint website, delivery is within 48 hours. I didn't include Sat and Sun because I know they need to take their break but its already Wednesday but still waiting for my prints. I have no time to call the phone# of DigiPrint because I'm quite busy in the office. I always tell my Mom not to go anywhere because she's the one who can only receive the prints at home but still waiting.

What should I do with this? I got my receipt but I think theres no tracking# on it.

hmmmm, this is strange... in my case here in Cebu, I always receive my prints within 24 hours... whether normal prints or poster-size metallic types....

This is the first time that I ordered some prints. I just want to know their service and the quality of prints they do. My mom is getting mad at me because I told her not to go anywhere because they might deliver the print anytime in the day :(

I guess no other option but to find time to call them.

I had my prints within 24 hours too from their shop in Alabang

My mom received a call last Friday and they said that it'll be delivered on Saturday. I received the pictures last Saturday and the quality is very good. I received a call today from DigiPrint and they apologized for the delay. I told them that's fine and the girl said, as a concession they will give me a free mouse pad :) Wow thanks DigiPrint!

I guess I got jinxed when I mentioned before that I always received my prints within 24 hours.....

I uploaded some pics last wednesday (Feb.11) and until this evening, no prints in sight. Ouch!

No problem. Quality of the pictures are so good. I will order some prints again for my Lolo's Wake. The girl told me that they overlooked my payment through LBC and she advised to much better pay in DigiPrint in Cubao.

I have same dilemma again. I ordered my prints Nov 29 and paid it Dec 1. I called them Dec 3 they said it will be tomorrow. I called Dec 4 they said it will be tomorrow. I called Dec 5 and they said it will be tomorrow. I called a while ago and the girl said that they don't have the staff from online printing and they need to check it again. What a pain.

Who's the new point person of DigiPrint here at DPP? Issues again hehe. I ordered big prints at ShopWise Libis and they deliver it to a wrong address. I wonder how many Filinvest 1 do we have here in PH.

Does a photobook request takes a month? I requested for a photobook May 11 at the Digiprint Branch at SM Mall of Asia and I was advised that it will be delivered to my address. Until today I haven't gotten the photobook. Tried to call customer service and no one is answering.
