Thanks Al.
These were shot last month. Yep, luckily the weather cooperated that time
Al Mendoza 06-08-2006, 01:15 PM .
I'm heading there in August, I wonder if I'll be having the same kind of sunny, clear blue sky like what you had...:Dum:
On your shots, did you have/use a Polarizer? Nice blue sky and clear ocean bottom.

Time to plan a trip there. My husband has been wanting to go back anyway. :) I'm sure the heat won't be a problem. You know how it is when you enjoy what you're doing. The photo opportunities will be worth it I'm sure if I were to base it on what I've seen here.
caloy_samson 06-30-2006, 09:02 AM Guys, do a side trip to Calinan (about 30 to 45 minutes from Davao City) and visit the Philippine Monkey-eating Eagle Center. Nice and lots of photo ops there.

christopher cortez 06-30-2006, 05:04 PM wow its like national geographic!! hahahaha...
ok ok what do you mean by garbage bags? you stashed your gear in it? or you cut the bags so you can make it like a raincoat for your camera?

I usually bring a garbage bag big enough for my whole bag to fit, just in case needed. :) I know some use it as a makeshift "raincover" for the camera/lens but have not personally tried it. The most I've done is shoot under a drizzle with a thick towel covering my camera.

oops! forgot to answer this... i use them for both (stash my gear in it and a makeshift raincoat for my cam/lens). the makeshift protection is also useful if you frequent the beach
