Is there a utility that allows you to see the exif info and image thumbnail within Windows Explorer while just hovering the cursor or maybe by right clicking on the file name?

For Firefox / Flock browser users, there's an extension named fxif which allows one to view exif data of images (if available). You still have to do a right click on the pic and chose Properties.
