hi guys, apologies for the late replies. just came back from cebu.

it's still open but let's keep the list to 15 people for now. and since win already asked before i posted this, let's make that 16.

as for the details, i still don't have any idea on what the dates will be. the management is still acquiring the passes for us to shoot at some of the clubs so i don't have anything to tell you yet. most likely, this will be done next week on weekdays.

however though, that doesn't stop us from shooting.

as part of the nightlife scene, there are still places blooming with activity and we can shoot those (and not necessarily from the inside).

1. the malate street scene
2. the p. burgos street scene
3. the various bar and music scenes in makati (gweilos bar, saguijo bar, warehouse 135)
4. the various bar and music scene in quezon city

so it doesn't just have to be parties, it just has to be alive!

my suggestion is that we move in packs of 5 or less, we wouldn't want to "scare" away the people with our ratatatat cameras.

and always remember our motto: keep smiling and always be cute and cuddly :D

there might be a chance that only a certain number of people will be given passes for entry to some of the hangouts. again it doesn't mean that the others can't shoot anymore. lots of night life activity out on the streets :)

hey kuya dan, no updates yet. the dpp management is still procuring our permits to shoot at the bars. from what ive heard, it'll be definitely next week on weekday nights. :)

Hey Otep,

I saw a sign along Ortigas Ave and Santolan. There's a Halloween party at the World Trade Centre. Kaya lang Oct. 30 daw. I couldn't get the complete details because I was driving. This could be a possible suggestion if DPP will allow the extension of the deadline.

hi koya derick, we won't just be shooting at one place at a time naman. so everyone will be spread out to the different bars each with a sub team leader. i'm just waiting for the permits to be given :( if it were me i'd just go there and shoot and fly out but then it wouldn't be an eb :)

it's hard to score the permits. we're still waiting for a reply since it's embassy. maybe sonny sanjeev thakur 56gb can score as permits for fiama.

great! the warehouse is much stricter than I thought, we were there last halloween party with our DSLRs all over the place, but I'm not sure this year. Jaipur the fort, maybe a team there tonight will do and on Sat as well (but isn't Sat too late already?) you just ask Mich of the details. :)

mostly wide angle lenses but not ultra wide lenses because the distortion just sucks. i also use a fisheye lens sometimes.

yep! most of the time i only use my 18-35 f/3.5-4.5 lens. i used to use the 17-35 f/2.8 but it's just way heavier than the 18-35. gets in the way of partying :D
