I stumbled on this one while researching the Pentax K10D. Though, it seems that they are still using "white paper" pre-production data on the K10D; a very interesting read nevertheless.

Only thing missing is the Olympus E-400 and the Fuji S5 Pro though it's not 10mp.

And here's a rudimentary speed test for AF of the Canon EOS 400D, pre-production Samsung GX-10 (rebadged Pentax K10D) and Sony Alpha a100.
