Interesting read. Other countries indeed have their own cultures and laws. Last month I read about a man arrested in UK because he was taking pictures of his children while playing on a public playground. He was reported by the parents that were on site claiming that he was maliciously snapping away; that he was exploiting those kids sexually. :Sick:
