it's quite a novelty these days when you find a company that's truly interested in its customers, beyond their wallets! digiprint is drop in a bucket of water when compared to other full service printers in terms of their customer service - both before and after sales.

Im glad you finally got the Album...when will you send it to Dubai?

I must say that I am a very satisfied DIGIPRINT customer, too.

I had my wedding album rushed by request of the bride who was going to Hawaii and wanted to bring with her the album right away.

Normally, a 40 page album would take around 5 days, but when I urgently requested them, plus an email to Sir Miguel, the album arrived just in time before the bride flew to Hawaii. Whew! And the client was very happy of the quality that the groom wanted to have his own copy, too. http://www.pinoyphotography.org/forum/Smileys/default/smiley.gif

I can say that I also experienced this personally when we finalized the NCP & Digiprint partnership...Miguel is very easy to deal with and is easy to approach.
