It seems like i have to sell some parts of my computer to earn more money for this camera. Too hard for me to work on two hobbies :(

I think my kidney is in bad shape, no one will accept it

No but seriously not a bad price compared to Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III or Nikon D3.

(I have to think now how to sell my videocard and processors of my pc:Thinking:)

Dont make me think Michael

:Grin:But anywayz, i saw a forum that they comparing some of the new features of sony a900 and nikon d90. Seriously (and sory for nikon users) its not my type of having a video record mode in dslr, i dunno but its only my opinion. Lucky a900 didnt take that kind of feature.

What i can tell you is that the A900 is a "photographer's" camera. It doesn't have the marketing gimmicks like LiveView or movies.

To the C and N camp, this means it must be outdated!! To me, I'd rather shoot great pictures than compromise and get features I'll never use.

i thought you're chinese  ... im curious about the Intelligent Preview.. first time i heard of it and hope is not a marketing strategy of SONY because they dont have LV.. (although some is against LV but reality check LV of a350 is great tool for framing on a crowded concert, below or any scenario where using VF is challenging)

Well, thing is, after a couple days I got good at "guesstimating" my shooting angle... Fire a quick burst of 5 pics and I can guarantee you 1-2 have exactly the framing/moment I want to capture.

I think intelligent preview will allow you to take one image, and right there and then adjust EV, WB and DRO and preview the effects before it's saved or you can take another shot. So instead of taking 2-3 evaluative shots to get your settings right for a situation, you take one shot, do all your adjustments there, then you're set.

I'm thinking right now about that kind of feature. Comparing between editing before save and taking three consequetive pictures and edit later. Because if you have a large memory size, you dont have to worry about taking pictures, especiy if in the end all your pictures will go through your pc and do some PP.

Correct, but in many cases you may not have the time to PP if you have a deadline due. And I'd rather get the shot right without PP than rely on "I'll just PP it later".

In that case, that would be a big favor especially for studio photographers.
