Great shots of the squirats, Marton! :D When I saw it's face, I immediately thought it was a rat. Hahaha! It's cool that you guys have those at your place. I think there's also squirrels here in our village. But haven't seen one for a long time now.

Good find and nice captures Marton. It's a Tree Shrew and very similar to a squirrel. Here's a description and illustration: http://www.4to40.com/earth/geography/htm/mammalsindex.asp?counter=159

Cool pictures Marton ! Uhmmmm but they look so much like rats - That's the yucky part.

The squirrels at The American War Memorial at The Fort look more like cuddly squirrels with super fluffy tails.

Yes Mon, we do. I couldn't believe my eyes too when I first saw them at the AWM. According to some people who stay at Forbes and Dasma, dami daw squirrels in their villages ever since before pa.

If you go to the American War Memorial at the Fort - you are sure to see one if you stay long enough. They are so common in that place along with the many, many different birds in that place.

Excellent captures of squirats, Marton! Where did you capture them?

In Subic rainforest, they grow wings and fly like birds...:D
