I know this topic has been discussed several times, but I just needed some help on how I am supposed to quote for this project:

The requirements are: (excuse me if I don't know the exact terms to use)

1. Five (5) room shots using ambient light. (different rooms)
2. One (1) group shot on location using a 3 light set up.
3. Portrait shots of the owners, seven of them. On location.

Make-up and fixing of location will be done by the client. Purposes are for their flyers and tarpaulin.

Am doing this as a favor for a friend who owns the business with some partners, so I was told to charge the necessary fees because it will be an x-deal. My services will be put on credit with their establishment.

This is a newly opened Derma Clinic is in the Joya Building, Rockwell Center, Makati.

I was hoping for some help regarding this matter, because I would like to charge a good price since its an x-deal. I don't want to charge too high or too low.

Lastly, I would suspect it would take me a whole day to finish this project, morning until afternoon to do the location shoots and evening for the people shoot. (or maybe 2 days maximum)

TIA for all those who can help.

You Can Charge them per layout...1 layout for the room shots, one layout for the group. and per head for the portraits...you add the numbers.

Greg,

Thanks for the advice. Though its the numbers that I really need help on. I have no basis on what to charge, I don't want to under or over sell myself but rather go with a "prevailing market rate". But what that is (Market rate), is what i dont know.

So yes, it is that simple to add the numbers, but I was hoping to really get an approximate on what those numbers may be :)
