Didn't even know that this park was just closeby(we've been living in the area for more than 6 years now). Anyway, I decided to take the family for a stroll last weekend.

Not much of a landscape person so comments are very welcome.
No PP, just converted from RAW then resized.

Thanks Fidel. I would have waited, but the kids wanted to go home as they were tired.

Got a chance to take a picture of a rainbow though.

Yep. Nikonian din. :)
I usually by my gear over the internet at B&H, KEH, at saka sa RobertsImaging. Though good deals can be had on used equipment over at FredMiranda, Nikonians.org, & NikonCafe. Just last week, I was able to buy a like new/mint SB800 for $250 shipped.

Anyway, let's take this offline. I'll PM you with my contact info.

regards.

Galing Zandy! I wish we have something like that near... And without being turned by some local folks/entrepreneurs into a tiangge festival. :D

Thanks Earl! It was really nice there. Will come back for sure.

Have a question by the way to our landscape photogs out there. I noticed that I keep blowing out the sky(should have been bluer) in my shots if I try to expose the foreground properly. (That is why some of them have been intentionally shot underexposed) Is the only solution the use of a graduated filter? But with that, don't you would have to always align it with the horizon which kind of limit your composition?

I know I can always create a HDR image out of bracketed exposures but bringing a tripod is not always an option.

Thanks in advance.

@Marton - Very peaceful indeed. And to think it's just a stone's throw away from the city...

Thanks Reyno, Here's the last set.
