who experience this? I visited their shop last monday night to print my photos theve said il get it by wed. But till now there is no package delivered to me, What should i do? can i track my prints? whats the customer service number of digi print? thnx guys

I always get my package on the date that the staff tells me, sometimes you'll get it after three days if im not mistaken because there is this cut off time of Digiprint where I think if it is already 5:00pm then you'll get it after three days NOT two, this is of what I remember, as you've said you had it printed Monday night...

maybe you'll get it tomorrow...

Maximum days of delivery for me is 4 days from Digiprint so don't worry just yet.

Hello there RJ,
It takes 72 hours for Digiprint to process your images.
Plus another day for delivery which is carried by LBC.
This is standard so hold your horses.
Once you get to have more and more orders from them, and they learn your preferences, they are very easy to adjust.

You wouldn't believe me if i told you how fast i get mine. hahaha.

To clarify - here is how it works:

Normal Prints (PND) - 24 hours (unless you come after our cut off so it becomes a 48 hour transaction
Big prints - 48 hours. If you come after cut off, its 72 hours
FIlm to CD - 48 hours If you come after cut off, its 72 hours
Photobooks - 3 to 5 days delivery

There could be some delays due to LBC. For any problems you can call our customer service hotline 855-1111

Rjay - As per our record we delivered the package May 14 at 4:32 PM. There was no one there to receive your package so it will be re-delivered again today.

Guys sorry for the late relply... Sir miguel sorry if i troubled you... I guess i was so excited to see my printouts. The package was delivered the next day after i posted this thread.. And ive learned that i can track my package. Next time il know what to do. Thanks guys for your quick replies
