A planned trip with a group, that became a solitary journey beacuse of the weather forecast. Thanks for the invitation of Edwin, mykl and Mark. And thank you to the hospitality and excellent food in Pagsanjan Falls resort.

My images were done using my new nikkor 12-24 lens and a 70-200Vr courtesy of Joel Escala. Pare thanks for lending me your lens now i'm very much convinced of what it can do.:)

Arnel, It's dramatic to me the last picture in bangka. Wow! the depth of field eksakto lang at lumitaw talaga ang subject.

Arnel! ang gaganda nga ng pix mo!! ang lulufeeet!!:)

I was informed that during the film days, some of those bangkeros used to overturn their boats whenever a photog is aboard their banca. Then they retrieve the cams, dry them up, and sell them to the Quiapo cam vendors as 2nd hand cams. Anyone else here knows about this modus operandi? Any idea if this "heartbreaking" practice still happens?:(

Arnel, again, ganda ng photos mo!:)

Thanks Eric, Actually wala i just prayed nothing bad happens. it is pretty safe though, the boatmen assigned to me were great. Just make sure you're the only passengr and stay away as much as possible from the boatmen to avoid splashes and be aware of the passing boats on the way to the rapids.

Nice Shots Arnel, BTW do you have any protection on your camera once na bumaligtad yung Bangka?

To Earl, Arnel, Mykl, Bryan, Rosalie, edu

Thanks to all of you.:)

@Bryan - I am not knowledgeable about this scheme never heard of this happening. As I have observed with the community they are very nice and seems they are trustworthy.I've talk to some of the boatmen, actually they are shy and seem full of integrity and happy people as they enjoy what they are doing, they even give you insights about the community and the environment. do try to visit the place and experience their hospitality.:)
