Hello ppl of DPP,

I'd love to hear your thoughts on these. I was fortunate to have someone lend me her dSLR on my week at El Nido and take these pictures. I'm somehow new to this and I'm trying to learn as much. I discovered DPP and thought what better place to start...

and I shall borrow nevermore...

the third photo was a bit cluttered. wish you could have cut the non coconut trees before shooting heheeh :) but the first two photo were great.

I love the 2nd photo! It's hard to give a detailed C&C when you post more than 1 pic. Try to limit 1 pic per C&C next time I guess.

these are great captures. you shifted from film/pns coz you displayed some skills here. nice work!

Given what you said about your intro experience in the craft, you have the eye for it. All it takes is to get the hang of it (just like many of us who are going through the experience). :)

Jerwin: I once used film SLR before (about 8 years ago) in my HS elective, di ko nga lang sineryoso, but I think I learned a few things. It's just recently that I got interested again that's why I decided to buy a camera.

my 70th post. weeeee!

sometimes we all get to have beginner's luck. i had mine. but for sure it won't hold so you are right about seeking books and ofcourse from the experience of others. next time post 1 pic at a time so you can get detailed c&c from us. cheers!
