Instead of sending an e-mail to customercare@digiprint.com.ph
regarding my concerns, I would start this thread for digiprint customers so that they'll be in formed and Digiprint can improve their service, it's like a community customer care so that if it happens again they'll already know what to do (hopes it won't happen again)...
Post your concerns about what you think Digiprint's mistake or errors.
Digiprint Bug as follows:
On May 8, 2008 (Wednesday) I had 5 rolls of film to be developed and scanned to CD at Digiprint Megamall.
It was 3 35mm film with both 24 exp. and 2 120mm film.
and wrote at the receipt where the attendee always write the extra notes you would like to say to the Lab processor(whatever you call them). I wrote specifically "Pls. do not cut, include 35mm sprocket".
On May 10, 2008 (Saturday) the film and CD was delivered to my house but I was not around that's why I just posted this now because I just came home this Sunday, after opening the package I checked the CD and the first 120mm scanned files was not mine, 1 out of my 5 rolls was not in the CD. I posted this here so that Sir Miguel can forward it to whoever is it in charge of Quality Control or whatever department should it go, because I know Sir Miguel responds fast.
one more minor bug: 1 out of 3 35mm film roll was cut. And the other two was not which I really find it funny. (I think the one who processed my film was sleepy) LOL anyways no harm done on this minor bug the upper part is whats important.
Hope you could address this kinds of mistakes soon thanks and more power!
