On my son's 6th birthday last May 6, we brought him to the Manila Ocean Park over at the Luneta.
I agonized over what to bring: my DSLR or my F50. Should have been be a no brainer, but since we were just commuting (and maghapon kaming nasa labas), I took a risk and opted for the F50 instead.
No flash photography allowed so High ISO was the only way to go. Man did I push the F50's sensor (and its mediocre image stabilization system) to its limits!
Most shots are ISO800
except for this one of a hermit crab ISO100

my son's peborit, the giant Japanese spider crab

the beatiful, but deadly, lion fish

The lighting also posed quite a problem as well. But overall I think my F50 did OK. Next time, DSLR na bibitbitin ko.
Thanks for looking.
