arlene_averion 10-01-2006, 04:24 PM I guess there's a reason why Kodak's fast becoming a leader in the country for point and shoot...

Earl Gonzalez 10-01-2006, 04:49 PM Thanks for the link... Quite an interesting camera indeed... :)
jerome pagunsan 10-01-2006, 08:25 PM Interestingly, according to stats, Kodak has the most statisfied customers.
Ria Vallesteros 10-02-2006, 08:41 AM I'm one of those who can't get along with Kodak P&Ss. I don't like the color and I find them difficult to use.
arlene_averion 10-13-2006, 04:42 PM Different strokes for different folks - I personally vouch for this brand - more feature packed =)

Same here but they improved with the design though.
I read somewhere (I think AWSJ) that they were able to catch up with the market thanks to the success of "Easy Share" The Stepford Wives or Soccer Moms loved the direct print feature. I gotta google that article.
Teejay Joson 10-13-2006, 06:23 PM i agree with arlene. i compared p&s kodak vs canon, mas satisfied ako sa kodak. output quality and and features are easy.
Jerry Sagmaquen 10-13-2006, 06:26 PM another improvement in our technology. :)
orlando_arcelao_jr 10-13-2006, 06:34 PM For me.. I prefer Fujifilm's F30! IMO, it's the best P&S ever made! ;)
zandy_marantal 10-13-2006, 09:16 PM Another vote for the F30. I love mine!
kengonzaga 06-06-2007, 12:15 AM kodak for me... the good thing about kodak is that it cost less than other brand. which means a lot to me
Lei Sarmiento 12-10-2007, 08:19 AM Kodak as well.
Kodak of course has the most satisfied customers because they're more affordable and the quality of most their cams surpass the powershots. Except for the current S5IS of course.
Christian Lozaņes 02-02-2008, 03:20 AM for a point and shoot digi cam.. am using Kodak EasyShare C743
BenjieHornales 03-11-2009, 08:33 AM i own a kodak easyshare C330 4MP. i love it. im using it for underwater using DICAPAC.
BenjieHornales 03-11-2009, 08:35 AM i also own a Samsung Digimax D33 5MP but it sucks in terms of battery consumption. very bad electronics. it consumes a lot of battery. and its not good in colors and im never satisfied with it.
kat_fernando 04-02-2009, 08:26 PM my first p&s was the first sony cybershot (DSC-L1). i still use it. i love its durability, though its only 4.1 MP and has a very small LCD screen.
lately though, i'm beginning to love panasonic lumix. the menu is user-friendly and the LCD screen is big and has a vivid display.
the early kodak p&s cams are quite bulky, though they've already improved their design now. (curiously, does kodak have dslrs?)
jpacuna 04-12-2009, 12:11 AM I still have kodak dx7590 and the relatively new kodak v1253.
Both are still kick-ass cameras for me. :)
Bambit Gaerlan 04-16-2009, 02:51 PM I have a Kodak CX7330. Bought it late in 2005 and it still works, all 3.1 MP of it :) It's the camera that's been with me on all my road trips and it will be a while before shots from the D60 can catch up.
Of course it's a bit slow on the reload, which is why I got the D60, but the CX7330 is still my backup camera.
sherwindy 04-16-2009, 02:59 PM canon powershot in my case, my 3yr old powershot a700 still works like new even though it has suffered some knocks and scratches, used even by the maid one time to photograph my kid beside a pool.
kentbalbino 04-16-2009, 03:35 PM my first P&S camera is the Kodak CX6330 3.2 back in 2004. its still working until now. the lens is already full of dust and cobwebs(kidding :) ) i also had the canon ixus 5.0. digital P&S are becoming cheaper nowadays.
