Regarding this picture? When taking this kind of shots, is it necessary to make the colors more vivid? :) or it depends on the taste of the photographer?

Exposure: 0.003 sec (1/320) Aperture: f/5 Focal Length: 30 mm ISO Speed: 100

Like the "Tree of Life" ( isolation ) and "What Dreams May Come" ( foreground and background ) ... what caught my attention is the subject and composition. The effect seem on the surreal side, is this your intention? If you could have also have another angle on the "Tree of Life" without the other tree on the right side, I think it would also be a plus. TFS :)

Thanks for taking time to C&C..... regarding the effect, yup it's my intention.... I want to have a dreamy effect on the "what dreams may come" and for the "tree of life" are the colors too vivid? Here's another angle of the tree.......... http://www.flickr.com/photos/y2jm14/2408250539/ How's the composition? :) I also PP the photo so that it has a lomo effect. :) By the way, do you have any advice about taking shots like these? Do i need to make the colors vivid? or leave it just the way it is?
