You can use iPhoto. Go to Share then Export the RAW image to JPEG.

Thanks Fidel. .. I tried but no export under SHARE menu. I tried FILE then export-- format -- jpg -- 620x280 ==== upload error due to file exceed to qouta. File still around 1mb after compression from raw.

Hmm, I guess you have a different version of iPhoto. Mine's iPhoto 5 and export is under the "share" menu item. Anyway, let's see... What if you make the resolution smaller? If that still doesn't work, try reducing the quality in photoshop?
I'm not an expert though, just sharing what I have done to make the file size smaller. :)

Yes I am using iPhoto 6 on my MacBookPro. Thats what I am thinking use a different software like photoshop to reduce the file size. It will take somtime to share some shots to the webs. Mag experiement muna ako photoshop. Maybe next time then. Thanks again for the advise.

It's not in the share menu.
Go to File > Export > Scale Images No Larger than tab > select the desired width and height
Format is JPG or whateve you want
Check on use extension
Press the export button and choose where you want to save it.
Upload the file ;)

Try iWatermark then...
you can do a lot more tweaking and even add your own watermarks if you wish...

Just wondering are you using Gary Fong Diffuser ? I can see in your pic. If yes is it good. It was recommended by somebody from the philippines. I have plans in getting the 580 canon flash.
