I access DPP most of the time in the office and working in a MNC curtails my viewing pleasure of the forums. Would it be possible to have in the RSS feed the threaded discussion as well?

If you notice in the picture above, only the topic title and the first post is being shown in the reader. I know that there could be a possible performance overhead as I see several topics that has >100 pages (even 400+ pages even) and these when feed would deal a lot of performance issues with the server.

I was thinking, can we "lock" a certain discussion once it hits a certain number of pages (say 20) and people can just start another discussion with the same topic title? DPP is just one of the forums that I get to visit everyday (aside from Peyups, MSFORUMS, and the other photography forum as well). I do hope that even if I don't visit the site that often, I can still be updated (as per my last stint in commercial web page development, our RSS hits can add up to the hits in the main site as well).
