Looking for experienced photojournalist based or who will be available 09-14 October in the Philippines with valid visa/working papers. Assignment begins/ends in Manila, with travel outside capital. Exact dates tbc. While it is not possible to guarantee a reply to each response, I do keep information and details handy for future consideration.
