Are you using the Perceptual rendering intent? Yup, that will happen if you're answer is a yes :D

Would shifting to a different rendering intent result to a more faithful print? If so, which do you suggest or recommend?

@ Terence
The choice of which rendering intent to use is sometimes a matter of taste. Which you choose to use is sometimes dependent on the image, the printer and the paper.
I tend to choose between Perceptual and Relative Colorimetric when printing photographic images.

Hi Sir Jo,
I tried using both the Perceptual and Relative Colorimetric but seem to behave the same ... :(
What do you think could be done or look into ?
Thanks!!
