nice seeing you all and meeting new canon users, i had a blast testing the 400D for a few days and some of the things i liked best are:

1. ISO 1600 low noise , ( shooting a wedding the other day and i used a 700-200 2.8 ISM lens on it , ) nice the images in high iso setting,

2. used it the whole day as a second cam from start to finish and never changed battery
3. of course the bigger lcd finder
4. cam was so handy to move around placed it on my shoulder during church time.

some things i wished it had:

sana it just had the manual color temp. overide,, i a little maarte regards to color temp and wished it had this small feature.

so , what did you guys think about the 400D when you tested it during the launch?

Settings and control is just like other Canon DSLRs.
Low noise at high ISO, I'm on 800 and noise wasn't around when I check with ZoomBrowser at home cause I have shot with it using my CF.

I would like to share the shots I made but I have found out that the software from my 350D package cant convert RAW from 400D I should have opted for the RAW + L (JPEG) instead of RAW alone.

And the introductory price is less than my 350D when I bought it last year, great value for the money indeed only 48K.

no i didnt use it on their wedding, i used it the day after their wedding (monday wedding at makati shang) .
