Forget e-mailing photos to your mom or, heaven forbid, mailing actual prints. Now you can send a new batch of images directly to your mother's photo frame.
Digital photo frames are expected to be one of the best-sellers in consumer electronics this year for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. Their appeal stems from a multitude of new features, ranging from wireless connectivity to the ability to print photos directly from a frame. Falling prices are playing a big role as well. Only a year ago, a decent digital photo frame cost at least $150. Nowadays, the same frame can be had for $100. And with more than 50 companies making digital photo frames in the U.S. alone, competition is heating up, promising to push prices down even further. Check out our slide show to gander at some of today's intriguing offerings. (http://images.businessweek.com/ss/08/01/0131_digital_frames/index_01.htm)
