This will be the place for those working in Lightroom and are interested in plugins that are currently available.

Here's are some interesting links I've found so far:

SlideshowPro for Lightroom (http://slideshowpro.net/products/slideshowpro/slideshowpro_for_lightroom)

Lightroom Export Plugin for Picasa Web (http://regex.info/blog/photo-tech/lightroom-picasaweb/)

Lightroom Export Plugin for Flickr (http://regex.info/blog/photo-tech/lightroom-flickr/)

Lightroom Export Plugin for iStockPhoto (http://www.berman-photo.com/lrplugins)

For those who want to create their own, Adobe has a downloadable software developer kit (http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/lightroomsdk/)

And also check out the PhotoPresets for Photoshop Lightroom by Jack Davis (http://www.ononesoftware.com/photopresets-wow.php) and Lightroom Galleries
(http://www.lightroomgalleries.com/)
When I get the time, will give feedback on these plugins and presets.

Nice... Actually, these piglets are actually amazing... I love the fact that you can create borders on your LR photos... :)

Thanks Nin, liked the Cross Process 3 there.

On the commercial front here's another one: DxO Optics Pro v4.5 (http://www.dxo.com/intl/photo/learning_center/tutorials/integrating_dxo_optics_pro_v4_5_and_above_with_ado be_lightroom)
This program totally rocks. A review of the latest version 5 can be found here (http://blogcritics.org/archives/2007/12/07/194113.php)

There are actually lots on the net, so you guys just chime in :)

Haha, with some presets that I like, I found myself doing a reverse workflow. I crop and adjust some images this way:
1. ACR to convert RAW
2. PS to crop and adjust
3. LR to apply some filters/presets

Is there a way to use LR presets in PS?

here's a site that provides a list of the lightroom presets too...

also, just wanted to share - i created LR presets last year to mimic the effects of the '300 movie'... you can get them here (http://mikelao.wordpress.com/2008/01/09/lightroom-300-presets-download/) if you want to check them out. just make sure to adjust the 'blacks' to achieve the desired effect.

LOL@PS to crop and adjust :) I don't know of any way to use LR presets in Photoshop. Since Lightroom on the Mac is using the CoreImage engine to apply them effects in realtime which is different than Photoshop's traditional rendering (slow).

Thanks for sharing Mike. Also remembered watching Matt Klaskowski's 300 effect a few weeks back.

Even LR presets to ACR? We know they are borrowing from each others features right?

Yup Les, I have some presets in LR I want to do in PS itself - mostly post-process effects :)

Here's more:

Enfuse (http://timothyarmes.com/lrenfuse.php) is an open source blending program that creates images similar to tonemapped images, but without the halos. It doesn’t require HDR images to do the tonemapping either. Normally it exists as a command line, multi-platform application, but Export Plugin creator Timothy Armes has created a front end for it for Lightroom. To use, you simply select the images you want to blend and select ‘Blend exposures using LR/Enfuse’. There are a number of options, but Tim’s default choices are a good look at what the Plugin can do. So rather than rattle off a series of facts from a press release, I’m going to do a quick blend.

TTG Shadowbox Gallery 2.49 (http://theturninggate.net/blog/ttg-shadowbox-gallery) is a cross-browser, cross-platform, cleanly-coded and fully-documented media viewer application written entirely in JavaScript. Using Shadowbox, website authors can display a wide assortment of media in all major browsers without navigating away from the linking page.

Do you guys have any presets for camera calibration that would mimic D300 picture controls (e.g. D2xmodeIII, vivid, etc.). These are really great settings, unfortunately if I shoot raw they are not carried over to LR. Hence, if there are such presets, this would absolutely be great...

This is more than a year old but deserves to be in this thread nonetheless. PhotoPresets for Lightroom (http://www.ononesoftware.com/detail.php?prodLine_id=33) is a collection of 85 free presets from Jack Davis.

From the website:

Designed to work the way you work, the PhotoPresets with One-Click WOW! tackle only one development parameter allowing you to optimize your image at each step to create the look you really want without sacrificing any quality. Rather than bloated presets that control all the variables at once and make adjustments that you may not like and you have to hunt down to fix. You start with adjusting your images color and tone and then can add effects like black and white conversions, tinting, split-toning and vignetting. With 85 presets in 6 categories the number of combinations is astounding.

Lester,
I downloaded the Enfuse, unzipped it and followed the steps to install it in Windows Vista but I couldn't see the Enfuse module in LR. Would you mind putting a step by step way of loading it into windows? Many thanks in anticipation.

You must have downloaded only the plug-in, not the actual program itself. You need to have Enfuse (http://panospace.wordpress.com/downloads/) first.

where can I extract the downloaded presets? I don't have a Preset folder inside my LR, do I need to create a new folder ( Preset )?
