(i canvassed from local malls, and prices are much more expensive by as much as 20000php :( )

im still in the process of evaluation though, kase meron nagbebenta sa kabilang website na 7k to 8k cheaper than sir philip's price, ang difference e 1month personal warranty lang ibibigay nya (since sa states ata ung product manggaling) compared to 1yr warranty kay sir philip

so that leads me to the next questions:
-what do you think? is the 7k difference in price worth it for the difference in warranty period?

-in the first place, olympus products, especially e410 and e510, has a history of being defective?

If I were in your shoes, will go for Philip's offer, If I can't afford it as of now, I rather pospone my purchase.:) But if you can't wait, try Avenue, Atleast you have 1 yr store warranty. :Grin:

Ditto on what Francis stated

Philip is an authorized axis dealer.. therefore the warranty he offers is valid. Most problems don't come out until 6 months of continues use.. 1 month is not enough to determine whether the camera is defective or not...

although 7,000 is a big saving (i.e. you can get two BLM-1s at that price)..
