anyone bought this? it retails for P900 in FDi branches. planning to buy one as i have 2GB of xD cards that i can use on my D200.

only concern is in using this, will there be any sort of delay in the writing speed from my cam to the xD card? :)

Hi Dino,

I have one. It was more than 3k before. The writing speed will depend on how fast your xd cards are. Mine are the earlier versions and do not write as fast as my 4g Ridata Supreme Series or the Sandisk Extreme III. On the plus side would be battery consumption. Good luck!

i bought the newest batch which i think is the M series...i don't really need superfast writing speed...just don't want it to be too sluggish. you think the model of my cards are capable enough?

You're welcome Dino. Yes, it was that expensive before. The M series is faster than the earlier ones and are very capable. They will be adequate for general purpose applications. Cheers!
